Fresh à la mode offers FREE Shipping on all U.S. orders OVER $25 and a FLAT RATE shipping fee of $5.95.
Orders are accepted 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. All orders are shipped from Florida via USPS. I like to process my orders asap! All orders with in-stock and available inventory are usually processed and shipped within 1-3 business days from the time the order is placed. Orders placed from Friday to Sunday will be processed the following Monday and shipped within 1-3 days.(USPS does not pick up on weekends.) Domestic orders are shipped via US Postal Service First Class Mail unless other arrangements are requested at the time of purchase by emailing email@example.com or direct messaging me on Instagram @freshalamode. Estimated delivery times after the order has been processed are as follows: 3-7 business days from ship date.
International Orders will be charged a FLAT RATE shipping fee of $10.00.
All International orders are shipped via US Postal Service International. First Class Mail unless other arrangements are requested at the time of purchase by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or direct messaging me on Instagram @freshalamode. Estimated delivery times after the order has been processed are as follows: 6-14 business days from ship date. However, please note that certain international orders may take up to 20 business days to be delivered. All international transactions are deemed completed upon Fresh à la mode verification that an order has been delivered to the U.S. Postal Service by providing a tracking # which will be emailed upon order fulfillment or as requested. Once these tracking numbers have been provided all customers must contact their local post office for any and all status updates. We are not responsible for any packages lost, stolen or delayed by the postal service.
I want you to be in love with what you ordered, but if not, you can return most of my merchandise. A merchandise credit will be issued as a form of return; however no monetary refunds will be issued. In order to receive a merchandise credit please email email@example.com
Unfortunately, I cannot refund for lost packages nor be responsible for items not delivered due to an incorrect address. For any items that are returned, the shipping and handling charges are your responsibility. CUSTOM ORDERS are not refundable.
